Each reservation, after its confirmation, has the value of a contract according to current Italian law. The contract is binding for the person making the reservation and for all other persons mentioned in the reservation, including minors.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Booking<\/span><\/h2><p>In all cases, the reservation must be accompanied by written confirmation and the payment of a deposit corresponding to the cost of one night&#8217;s stay.\u00a0<\/p><p>For stays longer than 7 nights, 20% of the total stay is required as a deposit.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cancellation <\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cancellation of a reservation must be sent in writing to <strong>i<a href=\"mailto:info@larosadimaggio.com\">nfo@larosadimaggio.com<\/a><\/strong> and is subject to the penalties set out in the Cancellation Policy below:<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; 10 days before arrival, free cancellation (10th day included) <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; between the ninth and fifth day before arrival, penalty of 20% of the deposit amount<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; from the fourth day before arrival there is no return of the deposit.<\/span><\/p><p>For any questions on booking terms and conditions write to <strong><a href=\"mailto:info@larosadimaggio.com\">info@larosadimaggio.com<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Terms and Conditions Guests are kindly requested to read the booking rules below carefully.
