Guests are kindly requested to read the booking rules below carefully. Each reservation, after its confirmation, has the value of a contract according to current Italian law. The contract is binding for the person making the reservation and for all other persons mentioned in the reservation, including minors.
Booking
In all cases, the reservation must be accompanied by written confirmation and the payment of a deposit corresponding to the cost of one night’s stay.
For stays longer than 7 nights, 20% of the total stay is required as a deposit.
Cancellation
Cancellation of a reservation must be sent in writing to info@larosadimaggio.com and is subject to the penalties set out in the Cancellation Policy below:
– 10 days before arrival, free cancellation (10th day included)
– between the ninth and fifth day before arrival, penalty of 20% of the deposit amount
– from the fourth day before arrival there is no return of the deposit.
